Refunds for construction management consulting services are granted at our sole discretion and may be considered under the following circumstances:

- Service Not Delivered: If the consulting services were not provided as agreed upon in the contract.

- Service Deficiency: If the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon scope or standards.

- Cancellation: If the client cancels the service within a specified period (e.g., within 14 days of signing the contract), provided that no substantial work has been performed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

- Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after the service has been initiated or completed.

- Partial Delivery: If part of the service has been delivered and is satisfactory.

- Delays Beyond Our Control: If delays are caused by factors outside our control, such as client delays or external dependencies.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Review: We will review your request within seven business days and may request additional information or documentation to support your claim.

3. Decision: We will notify you of our decision regarding your refund request within seven business days of receiving all required information.

4. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Please note that it may take 15-30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
