Welcome to mayurjanardanmondkar. By engaging our construction management consulting services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
mayurjanardanmondkar provides construction management consulting services as described in the agreed proposal or contract. Our services may include project management, cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, and other related services.
2. Engagement and Responsibilities
- Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, access to project sites, and cooperation required for the successful completion of the services.
- Consultant Responsibilities: mayurjanardanmondkar will perform the services in a professional and timely manner, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees: The fees for our services are outlined in the proposal or contract. These may be based on an hourly rate, fixed fee, or other agreed-upon structure.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in the invoice terms, typically within [number] days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

- Termination by Consultant: mayurjanardanmondkar may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to fulfill their obligations or in cases of non-payment, with 15 days written notice.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed or provided by mayurjanardanmondkar during the engagement remains the property of mayurjanardanmondkar. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purpose specified in the agreement.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- Limitation of Liability: mayurjanardanmondkar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold mayurjanardanmondkar harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the services or any breach of these terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
10. Governing Law

Terms and Conditions for Consulting Services
Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal.
- All payments must be made in [USD].
Payment Schedule:
- A 100% payment is required upon placing the order to initiate services.
Taxes and Fees:
- Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes. All taxes will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate.
Payment Disputes:
- In the event of a payment dispute, the client agrees to notify us in writing within 15 days. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Terms and Conditions:
- Invoices should be sent to Billing Email address provided .
- Deposits are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Currency fluctuations may affect payment amounts for international clients, who are responsible for any related transaction fees.
